(1) This Enactment may be cited as the State Honours (amendment) Enactment 2009.
(2) This Enactment comes into operation on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
The State Honours Enactment 1963 (Enactment No. 33 of 1963) , is amended in subsection 4(2) by substituting for the words "one thousand and fifty" the words "one thousand and two hundred".
