(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Forests (Constitution of Forest Reserves and amendment) (amendment) Enactment 2009.
(2) This Enactment comes into operation on the date of its publication in the Gazette .
The Schedule to the Forests (Constitution of Forest Reserves and amendment) Enactment 1984 [Enactment No. 4 of 1984] is amended:
(a) under the heading of PROTECTION FOREST - CLASS I :
(i) by substituting 201 for 22
