In force from: 1 June 1997
This Proclamation may be cited as the Laws of the Constitution of Selangor (amendment) Proclamation 1997 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of June 1997.
The Constitution is amended in Clause (1) of Article XLI by substituting for second paragraph of the proviso the following paragraph:
"Provided further that on the demise of the Tengku Ampuan or on the cessation of the appointment of Tengku Ampuan under Clauses (1) (c) and (2) of Article XLII, the
