Jaya Prada Declared 'Absconding' in Code of Conduct Violation Cases, Police Ordered to Apprehend Her.

Supreme Today News Desk

Former BJP MP and film actor Jaya Prada has been labeled 'absconding' in two cases for violating the code of conduct.

This decision was made as Jaya Prada did not attend a court hearing despite receiving multiple notices, leading to the issuance of non-bailable warrants against her.

Magistrate Court Judge Shobhit Bansal, handling MP/MLA cases, issued NBWs against Jaya due to her failure to appear in court on previous dates.

The police report mentioned that the accused was taking measures to protect herself and had her mobile switched off.

The court has ordered the Superintendent of Police to form a special team to apprehend the former MP by March 6.
