A senior TMC leader told PTI that the party has decided to offer the Jangipur and Baharampur Lok Sabha seats to the Congress. "The decision was taken at a meeting of the TMC leadership on Monday. The BJP is the ruling party at the Centre and is the largest party in the Lok Sabha, with 303 seats. The 2024 Lok Sabha elections are scheduled to be held in April-May 2024.
