Howeve r this Court had exempted personal appearance of th e respondents. Today when the matters are called out , learned counsel for the opposite parties have sough t further time to file their reply to the notice . Normally such time would not have been grante d however, considering the nature of the request mad e and the taking into consideration the other relevan t facts, we grant one last opportunity to th e respondents in contempt matters to file their repl y on or before 19th January, 2024 .
List the matters again on 31st January, 2024 .
If the response is not filed on or before 19t h January, 2024, the opposite parties would remai n present before this Court. However if the response i s filed within the time allowed, their persona l appearance would continue to remain exempted . Further during the time, that will remain after 19t h January, 2024, it would be open for the petitioner s to file their rejoinder affidavits .

The interim relief granted in other petition s be extended only in WP(C) No. 1178 of 2023 .
Learned counsel for Respondent-State of Odish a prays for and is granted three weeks’ time to fil e counter affidavit .
