An Ohio private criminal defense attorney, 72-year-old Kenneth Martin, has been caught in a sex sting operation conducted by the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force. Martin, who specializes in prostitution and solicitation cases, allegedly responded to an advertisement posted by undercover agents on a website associated with human trafficking. He agreed to pay $180 for sex and arrived at the agreed-upon location with the cash in hand. Martin was arrested and charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost expressed disappointment, stating that a lawyer should know better than to buy sex in Ohio. Martin is scheduled to appear in court on March 1.
