JODHPUR: The Rajasthan High Court at Jodhpur has taken the significant step of issuing a notice to its own administration in a writ petition filed by Mr. Vivek Firoda. The order was passed by a Division Bench comprising Justice Bipin Gupta and Justice Dr. Pushpendra Singh Bhati.
