Global law firm Baker McKenzie has added experienced state and local tax (SALT) lawyer Kent Strader as Counsel in San Francisco, further expanding the Firm's tax capabilities in the state of California.
Kent is a highly regarded SALT lawyer with deep knowledge and experience resolving complex California income/franchise tax matters as well as technical tax rules. As a former leader within the National California tax practice group at a Big 4 accounting firm, Kent has worked with hundreds of multinational companies on tax issues in an array of industries.
Kent is the newest addition to the SALT team, part of the Firm's market-leading Tax Practice.
