By way of these petitions, the petitioner seeks transfer o f six proceedings pending in the Courts of Ludhiana Punjab to a Cour t of competent jurisdiction at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh .
It is stated that one identical transfer petition T.P. (Crl. )
No.708/2022 has already been entertained by this Court vide Orde r dated 18.10.2023 wherein the matter is referred to mediation centr e to facilitate the parties to arrive at an amicable settlement .
