New Delhi – The Supreme Court of India has adjourned the hearing in a long-standing batch of civil appeals involving the Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Ltd. (AP TRANSCO) and various power companies, including M/s SLS Power Ltd. The matters, which have been pending for over a decade, will now be listed for hearing on September 25, 2025.
The case, led by Civil Appeal No. 1376 of 2013, represents a cluster of related disputes between AP TRANSCO, the state's power transmission utility, and several independent power producers.
