JUDGMENT :

1. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the transfer petitions are allowed. The writ petitions filed by the respondents before the High Court are directed to be transferred to this Court. The said petitions should be listed for hearing alongwith the CNG matters. Records be called for by special despatcher. Interim orders to continue.
