The Learned counsel for the applicant prays that the petitioner may be permitted to establish Leopard Rescue Centre of Belwandi's Taluka Shrigonda, District Ahmednagar, Maharashtra subject to the veterinary facilities. The petitioner has followed the normal rules applicable to the Rescue Centre. I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
