2. Learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant(s) submits that the other side has no objection if the interim order dated 27.05.2009 as clarified by the order dated 03.04.2012 made by this Hon'ble Court is extended for the academic session 2015-2016.
3. In view of the submission so made by learned counsel for the applicants, we direct that the interim order passed on 27.05.2009 as clarified by order dated 03.04.2012 shall continue for the academic year 2015-2016.
