ORDER
1. Having heard learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and on perusing the material placed on record, we are of the considered opinion that the matter requires elaborate hearing.
2. List the matter after five weeks along with D.No. 25701/2022 before an appropriate Bench.
3. We direct the parties to maintain status quo for a period of five weeks from today.
4. The Registry is directed to obtain necessary directions from Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India for constituting a Special Bench to hear the matter.
