ORDER :
1. Leave granted.
2. The appellant has approached this Court being aggrieved by the order dated 30th March 2022, passed by the learned Single judge of the High Court at Calcutta (hereinafter referred to as "Revisional Court"), vide which the learned Revisional Court has allowed the revision filed by respondent No.2 herein.
3. Vide the said order, the learned Revisional Court had awarded the maintenance of Rs.7,500/- per month to the wife as well as Rs.7,500/- per month to the minor child.
4. Taking into consideration that the parties have been residing separately since 2012 and there is no possibility of reconciliation between them, this Court had asked the appellant as to how much amount he is willing to pay to settle the matter with respondent No.2.
5. It is informed that the appellant has received an amount of Rs.18,00,000/- towards his retirement benefits. Out of this, he has offered to pay Rs.15,00,000/- towards a one-time settlement for the
