ORDER :
1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. Having regard to the distance between the two Courts, i.e., Court at Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh and Court at Panchkula, Haryana, as also to the fact that the petitioner is working as a teacher in a school, where the children of the petitioner are studying, and also the fact that the maintenance petition filed by the petitioner - wife is already pending at Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, we are inclined to accept the present petition.
5. The records of the case be transferred forthwith to the transferee Court.
7. The Transfer Petition is allowed.

2. Since, we have allowed the transfer petition being T.P. (C) No. 1445 OF 2024 filed by the petitioner - wife seeking transfer of application filed by the petitioner - husband being Matrimonial Petition No. 172/2024 titled as " Vikas Chaudhary Vs. Anju Dagar " from the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bijnor, Uttar Prades
In matrimonial proceedings, the convenience of the wife should be considered, and the proceedings may be transferred to the court where the wife is residing.
