ORDER
1. Leave granted.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the accused/Jibrakhan Lal Sahu, father of the respondent, has surrendered on October 25, 2025. The aforesaid fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the appellants.
3. With consent of the parties, the matter is taken up for final hearing.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
5. The State has challenged the impugned order dated October 3, 2024 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur in Writ Petition No.24337 of 2024.
