( 1 ) THIS order shall also govern the disposal of Application No. 177 of 1995 in c. S. No. 1 of 1995, Application No. 180 of 1995inc. S. No. 2of1995,applicationno. 181 of 1995 in C. S. No. 3 of 1995 and Application no. l82of 1995 in C. S. No. 4 of 1995 for grant of temporary injunction restraining the defendants from releasing, publishing and causing sale of the book entitled seshan -An intimate Story with the passages containing reference to late Sr. C. N. Amadurai and late sri M. G. Ramachandran, either directly or indirectly, pending the disposal of the suits, because of commonality of questions of law and similarity of facts.

( 2 ) ALL India Anna Dravida Munnetra kazhagam (for short aiadmk ) through its general Secretary has filed this suit C. S. No. 9 of 1995 against Sri K. Govindan Kutty and Sri t. N. Seshan for permanent injunction restraining the defendants and all persons clalming under them fromreleasing, publishing and causing sale of the book entitled "seshan an Intimate Story" with the passages containing reference to late Sri C. N. Amadwai by connecting him with the C. I. A either directiy or indirectly.
