ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the order dated 29.08.2023 in CF.No.10 of 2023 passed by Special Sessions Court for Cases under SCs & STs (POA) Act cum VIII Additional District Court, Ananthapuram, under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C forwarding the complaint filed by Ms. Sake Roja D/o Sake Anand to the Superintendent of Police, Ananthapuram District.

2. Brief facts of the case are that the defacto complainant herein filed a complaint dated 22.12.2022 against the petitioners under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C, in respect of offences under Sections 307, 354 166, 355, 506, 509 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989 and Amendment Act, 2015. The Sessions Court forwarded the complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Anantapuramu District to authorize any DSP of his choice to register the complaint as a case, investigate and submit report on or before 08.11.2023.
