1. Learned counsel for the appellant represented that he filed a Memo dated 24-01-2024 before the Registry for withdrawing this appeal vide U.S.R. No. 6606 of 2024 and the same is placed before this bench. The same is recorded.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to withdraw the same.
3. Permission is granted.
4. Accordingly, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
