SUMATHI JAGADAM, J.
Sri K. Devi Prasanna Kumar, learned counsel, representing Sri O. Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
2. Recording the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
3. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
