Since, these matters raise common questions of law and facts, they have been connected together, heard and disposed of by this common judgment.
2. All these five cases in this batch are filed by the entities mentioned hereunder, against order dated 06.03.2013 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.41717 of 2011 (BDA) connected with Writ Petition No.6452 of 2011 (BDA):
