ORDER :

The petitioner in this revision petition calls in question the order dated 30.08.2018 passed by the LXVII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru City in O.S.No.4224 of 2017 rejecting the application filed by the petitioner under Order VII Rule 11 (a) & (d) of the Code of Civil Procedure (hereinafter referred to as ‘CPC’ for short) seeking rejection of the plaint.

2. Brief facts leading to the filing of the present petition, as borne out from the pleadings, are as follows:

On 10.06.1967 the family members of the vendors of the petitioner partitioned their properties. Long after the said partition, on 19.09.1994, the petitioner purchased the land to an extent of 1 acre 10 guntas in Sy.No.209/1 of Kodigehalli Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk under three registered sale deeds and took possession of the aforesaid property in terms of rights under the sale deeds.
