JUDGMENT :
SACHIN SHANKAR MAGADUM, J.
1. The captioned appeal is by the defendant assailing the judgment and decree rendered in O.S.139/2009 wherein the trial Court on assessing the oral and documentary evidence has decreed the suit directing the defendants to furnish accounts for a sum of Rs.1,04,20,000/- and further to pay a sum of Rs.30 Lakhs to plaintiffs with interest at the rate of 12% p.a.
2. For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their rank before the trial Court.
