ORDER :
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
(a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions directing the Respondents not to insist upon the Petitioner to obtain the license to carry on lawful activities in the premises of the Petitioner's Association, either under the Police Act, or under the provisions of licensing and Controlling of Places of Public Amusement Order and not to interfere in the play of skill oriented games and like Rummy, dart, Chess, Poker, Wall Ball, Skill Coin Games and Skill Games, Carom etc. which are the games of skill as held by this Hon'ble Court in various Writ Petitions;
(b) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions directing the Respondent No.2, to issue appropriate directions the respondents 3 to 5, as prayed for in the requisition dated 12-08-2025, made by the petitioner to the 2nd Respondent at ANNEXURE-G;
(c) Declare that the Petitioner Association does not require any license from the Respondents to carry on its lawful activities at Its premises;
(d) Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case, i
