ORDER :

1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

(a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions directing the Respondents not to insist upon the Petitioner to obtain the license to carry on lawful activities in the premises of the Petitioner's Association, either under the Police Act, or under the provisions of licensing and Controlling of Places of Public Amusement Order and not to interfere in the play of skill oriented games and like Rummy, dart, Chess, Poker, Wall Ball, Skill Coin Games and Skill Games, Carom etc. which are the games of skill as held by this Hon'ble Court in various Writ Petitions;

(b) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions directing the Respondent No.2, to issue appropriate directions the respondents 3 to 5, as p
