ORDER :
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
a. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere with the recreational activities to be carried on by the members of the petitioner association called as Durgada Siri Recreation Institute Opp. RTO office Turuvanur Road, Chitradurga-577501 and permit them to carry out the recreational activities in terms of the guidelines issued by this honorable court in WP No. 17640/2023 and WP no.19932/2024 vide Annexure-B and D.
b. Issue such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in favour of the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in view of the facts and circumstances of the cases, in the interest of justice and equity.
2. Learned AGA on instructions submits that the club is running and functioning, and compliance has also been made with the applicable norms.
