ORDER :
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
1.1. Direct the respondents not to insist the petitioner for obtaining license and also from interfering with the smooth running of the Skill Games such as Cultural and Sports such as football, volleyball, kabaddi, cricket, badminton, tennis, golf, billiards, carom, chess, and all indoor games being run under the name and style of Shree. Ranganathaswamy Sports and Recreation Association-Shambonahalli, Shambonahalli Grama, Kesthuru Anche, Kora Hobli, Tumkur, Tumkur District.
1.2. Consequently for a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus restraining the Respondents from interfering with the smooth running of the Skill Games such as Cultural and Sports such as football, volleyball, kabaddi, cricket, badminton, tennis, golf, billiards, carom, chess, and all indoor games being run under the name and style of Shree. Ranganathaswamy Sports and Recreation Association-Shambonahalli, Shambonahalli Grama, Kesthuru Anche, Kora Hobli, Tumkur, Tumkur District.
1.3. Pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to pass in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and equity.
