Being aggrieved by the Judgment and order dated 8th July 2011 passed by the Sessions Judge-7, Aurangabad in Sessions Case No.161 of 2010, by which the Appellant was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and was sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs. 1000/- and in default to suffer further Rigorous Imprisonment for six months, and for offence under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code and was sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs. 1000/- and in default to suffer further Rigorous Imprisonment for six months, and for offence under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for 10 years and to pay fine of Rs. 1000/- and in default to suffer further Rigorous Imprisonment for six months, and under Section 366-A & 363 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for 5 years and to pay fine of Rs. 500/- and in default to suffer further Rigorous Imprisonment for three months, and under Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for 3 years and to pay fi
