JUDGMENT
S. B. Shukre, J. - Heard learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners, learned counsel for the Corporation and learned AGP for Mumbai Police.
2. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith with the consent of the parties and the Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. This Petition has been filed with the grievance that inspite of permission granted by the Supreme Court vide its order dated 5th January, 2023 passed in Special Leave Petition (C) No. 21642 of 2022, to the Petitioners to remove their articles, equipments and belongings from the structure in question within a week, the Petitioners could not remove their articles from the structure in question and the sole reason for the failure of the Petitioners to do so is the stubborn resistance put up by some bouncers masquerading as security guards deployed by somebody interested in the property whose name is not known to the Petitioners.
4. Learned counsel for the Corporation, on instructions received by her from the concerned officer submits that demolition of the structure in question has not yet been started by the Corporation as now the Corporation is in the process of appointing a new contractor for the demolition work a
