Present appeal has been filed by the appellant-accused challenging the judgment as well as order on sentence both dated 4th September, 2017 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Sessions Case No.12/2013 arising from FIR No.147/2012 under Sections 302/307/452 IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act registered with PS Rajinder Nagar, whereby the appellant-accused has been convicted under Sections 302/307/452 IPC and sentenced to life imprisonment under Section 302 IPC and imprisonment for seven years under Sections 307/452 IPC.
