ORDER :

1. This criminal revision has been preferred challenging the order dated 3-9-2021 passed by the Children's Court/Upper Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, (POCSO Act), Sarguja, Ambikapur in Cr. A. No. 12/2021 upholding the order dated 26-2-2021 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Ambikapur, Distt. Sarguja (CG) (hereinafter, referred to as 'the Board') in Criminal Case No. 35/2020 whereby, after making preliminary assessment as required under the provisions of Section 15 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act, 2015'), aforesaid criminal case has been transferred to Special Court/Children’s Court, Ambikapur for trial of the applicant/juvenile as an adult under Section 18(3) of the Act, 2015.

2. Brief facts of the case are that on 12-3-2020, complainant lodged missing report at PS Sitapur, Distt. Sarguja that her granddaughter aged about 6 years is missing since about 1.30 pm of 11.3.2020. On 16-3-2020, dead body of missing girl was found in the well situated in the yard of the house of applicant, who is neighbour of the complainant.
