1. Vide this common judgment, this Court intends to adjudicate and dispose of following batch of Petitions that are based on common facts and deals with common questions of law:

    (a) Review Petition No. 54/2023 - Vide this petition, the applicant is seeking Review/Recall of the order dated 12.01.2023 (‘Order in Review’) passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.
