1. Vide the present petition, petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to remove impugned entry in his PIS data which shows him in Home Zone (HZ) instead of Out of Home Zone (OHZ) and to post him in Homs State or at least in any unit in the HZ instead of his continuity in OHZ.
2. After hearing learned counsel for parties in brief, we hereby dispose of present petition by directing the respondents to treat the present petition as representation on behalf of petitioner and decide the same within four weeks. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter with a reasoned order.
3. Needless to say, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by the decision of the respondents on his representation, he may approach appropriate forum.
