JUDGMENT (Oral)
1. Vide the present petition, petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnor for willfully and deliberately disobeying the order dated 31.05.2022 passed by this Court in the W. P. (C) 8285/2022; and directions to the respondent/Contemnor to withdraw the order dated 13.07.2022 and the order dated 14.01.2023.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that she wishes to withdraw the present petition qua order dated 13.07.2022 and seeks permission to take appropriate steps available under the law.
3. As far as order dated 14.01.2023 is concerned, learned counsel for respondent, who is appearing on advance notice, has fairly conceded that the said order has been passed inadvertently qua the petitioner herein. Accordingly, on instructions, learned counsel for respondent withdraws the order dated 14.01.2023 qua the petitioner herein.
4. In view of above, the present petition and pending applications stand disposed of.
