1. The matter has been received by way of transfer.

CRL.M.A. 14627/2023 in BAIL APPLN. 1272/2023

2. The Present application has been filed for extension of interim bail granted vide order dated 03.05.2023 and 16.05.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the despite the order dated 16.05.2023 the petitioner was released from jail on 23.05.2023. It has been submitted that despite best efforts surgery could not be conducted and therefore the bail may be extended.

4. In view of the submission made, the interim bail is extended for further 10 days as per the conditions imposed vide order dated 16.05.2023.

5. Copy of this order be given dasti.
