ORDER
1. Crl.M.C. No. 1069/2009 is filed by Harmeet Ghai (Complainant in FIR No. 45 of 2007) seeking the quashing of FIR No. 8/2007 under Sections 420/465/466/467/468/469/471 IPC registered at Police Station Chanakya Puri and all proceedings consequent thereto.
2. Crl.M.C. No. 1337/2008 is filed Prateek Madhan, Lalit Madhan, Jasvinder Singh, Anil Wadhwan and Devinder Kaushik (Prateek Madhan and Lalit Madhan/Complainants in FIR No.8/2007) seeking the quashing of FIR No. 45/2007 registered at Police Station Chanakya Puri under Sections 193/196/199/209/ 417/420/423/465/ 466/467/468/ 469/471/120B IPC and all proceedings consequent thereto.
3. It is stated that the civil disputes between them which have been settled and a compromise statement has been recorded in CS (OS) No. 2066 of 2006 titled Business Associates (Delhi) Pvt. Ltd. v. Jasvinder Singh and Ors., by the learned Single Judge of this Court on 24th April 2007. Statements recorded in the civil proceedings are also on record.
4. Both sets of parties are present in Court and are identified by their respective counsel. Their identity papers are on record. They state that they have no objection to the quashing of aforement
