1. This a joint application filed under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the CPC. It is prayed by the counsels for the parties that the petition be decreed in terms of the compromise set out in the captioned application. The parties have adverted to the terms of compromise in paragraph 2(a) to 2(r) of the captioned application. The terms of compromise are also separately provided in a settlement agreement dated 24.07.2013, which is marked as Exhibit ?X?.
2. The captioned application is also accompanied by affidavits of the authorized representatives of the parties. On behalf of the petitioner, the affidavit has been sworn by Mr Nitin Maheshwari, who is the whole time director of the petitioner company, while on behalf of the respondent, the affidavit is sworn by Mr Hemraj, s/o Mr Mahaveer Prasad Jain, who is said to be the director of the respondent company. The application bears the signatures of the said authorised representatives as also the counsel for the petitioner. Though the application has not been signed by the counsel for the respondent, since he is present in court, he says that he has instructions to sign the application. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the respondent is permitted to do the same.
3. To be noted the settlement agreement (Ex. ?X?) bears the signatures of all directors of the petitioner and respondent company. The signatures of the authorized representatives and the directors are identified by their respective counsels.
4. I have perused the terms of compromise. According to me, the same are lawful. Accordingly, the application is allowed. OMP no. 591/2013 is disposed of in terms of compromise recorded in the captioned application and the settlement agreement (Ex. ?X?).

5. In view of the orders passed above, no further orders are called for.
