JUDGMENT
Talwant Singh, J. The petitioners have filed the present writ petition challenging the impugned judgment dated 06.11.2019 in OA 1214/2016 and order dated 21.10.2020 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Principal Bench, New Delhi in CP No. 95/2020.
