JUDGMENT
Chandra Dhari Singh, J. The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ to quash and set aside order dated 15th May 2012 and for directing the respondents to grant pay band-2 with Grade Pay of Rs.4600, with effect from, 8th August 2008, that is the date of promotion of the petitioner as an assistant.
