JUDGMENT
Sanjeev Sachdeva, J. (ORAL)
1. Petitioners impugn order dated 25.09.2018, whereby the interim application filed by the respondent was disposed of.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the subject conditions have been relaxed by order dated 13.03.2020 and respondent No.2 has been given an offer of appointment and he has also joined the duties.
3. He submits that insofar as respondents No.1 and 3 are concerned, they did not qualify. He submits that in view thereof, the petition has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, in view of the above the petition is disposed of as infructuous. The pending application also stand disposed of.
