1. Vide the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks following relief(s):
"a) issue necessary direction to the Respondents not to post out the petitioner prematurely and allowing the Petitioner to complete the two years tenure at Project Dantak at Bhutan since the posting order issued by GREF Records vide posting Order No.063/BCA/Out/Group-I/JEM/FA5 dated 03.09.2022 is arbitrary and perverse;
b) quash/set aside the posting Order No. 063/BCA/Out/Group-I/JEM/FA5 dated 03.09.2022;
c) issue any other or further orders or directions to Chief Engineer Project Dantak at Bhutan not to move out the petitioner from present place of posting at Bhutan till the final disposal of the instant case;
d) pass any other or further orders or directions in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
