JUDGMENT :

1. By this writ application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the writ applicant, a former Laboratory Assistant, has prayed for the following reliefs;

“(A) Your Lordships may be pleased to admit this petition.

(B) This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to accept the petitioner’s letter withdrawing her resignation dated 29.05.2003 and Your Lordships may be pleased to quash and set aside the orders dated 10.4.2003 and 17.4.2003 at Annexures E and F to this petition whereby the resignation of the petitioner was accepted.

(C) Pending admission, hearing and final disposal of the petition, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to stay the operation, implementation and execution of the impugned orders dated 10.4.2003 and 17.4.2003 at Annexure E and F to this petition whereby the resignation of the petitioner was accepted and further direct the respondents and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to discharge her duties as Laboratory Assistant.

(D) Your Lordships may be pleased to pass any other and further reliefs as may be deeme
