1. Rule returnable forthwith. Ms. Thakore, the learned APP, waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent No. 1. Mr. Siddhartha Samal, the learned counsel, waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent No. 2.
2. By this writ application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the writ applicant-original accused No. 6 has prayed for the following reliefs;
"(A) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside the impugned complaint dated 14th December, 2011/12th January, 2012, registered as Criminal Case No. 259 of 2012 (Annexure A) and also quash all consequential or other proceedings arising out of the said complaint qua the petitioner.
(B) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside the impugned verification order dated 12th January, 2012, of the Metropolitan Magistrate issuing summons to the petitioner in Criminal Case No. 259 of 2012, (Annexure A).
(C) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 26th Novembe
