N.V. Anjaria, J.

1. In the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the request and consent of the parties appearing through their respective learned advocates, the petition was taken up for final consideration today.

1.1. Rule returnable forthwith. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Rohan Shah for the respondents waives service of Rule.

1.2. Heard learned advocate Mr. Darshan Dave for H.L. Patel Advocates for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. By filing present petition, the petitioner has prayed to set aside the order dated 10.12.2013 passed by respondent No. 3-District Superintendent of Police, Godhra, Panchmahal, further challenge his order dated 26.5.2014 of respondent No. 2-Inspector General of Police confirming the aforesaid order dated 10.12.2013 whereby the petitioner was dismissed from service. The petitioner has also challenged the order dated 19.7.2016 whereby the revision application came to be rejected by respondent No. 1 against the aforesaid orders. The petitioner has prayed to reinstate him in service on his original post with all consequential benefits and continuity of service.
