JUDGMENT :

1. This petition was heard at length and arguments were concluded on 8.10.2020. The respective counsels had agreed that the petition be treated to have been heard finally.

2. Rule returnable forthwith. Concerned learned advocates appearing for the respective parties waive the service.

3. Heard Mr.Mehul Sharad Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.K.M. Antani, learned AGP for the respondent Nos.1 to 5, Mr.Percy Kavina, learned Senior Counsel with Mr.D.K. This petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed with the prayer to quash and set aside the order dated 20.8.2020 passed by the respondent No.1 - SSRD in revision No.65 of 2020.
