1. Heard Mr. S. Bandopadhyay, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. I have also heard Mr. P. Bharadwaj, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4. None appeared on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 5 & 6.
2. This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the Show Cause Notice dated 29.11.2019 and the Suspension Notice dated 11.12.2019 issued by the Respondent No. 2. The basis issue in the instant writ proceedings is as to whether the action of the Respondent authorities, more particularly, the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 in issuance of the show cause notice and the subsequent suspension order was illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and unfair on the ground that the petitioner could not produce the authenticity certificate that the petitioner is a small enterprise under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (for short "the Act of 2006) in the format as directed by the Respondent No. 1 authority.
