JUDGMENT :
Anil K. Narendran, J.
The petitioner in W.P.(C)No.20 of 2025 has filed this contempt case, invoking the provisions under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging willful disobedience of the directions contained in Annexure A1 judgment of the Division Bench of this Court dated 10.01.2025 in that writ petition. The petitioner filed the said writ petition, invoking the extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs;
