JUDGMENT

1. The petitioners have approached this Court by way of this writ petition (PIL) with the following prayer:-

"A] By an appropriate writ order or direction, the respondent authorities may kindly be directed to remove the encroachments made upon the Public land like Johad Paytan situated currently in Ward No. 1 & 2, Guvad (Near Thakur Ji Temple), Open Chouk's situated currently in ward no. 3 & 4, Hadda Rodi (Animal Burial Ground), Shamshan Ghat (Cemetery) situated currently in ward No. 1, Children Play Ground situated currently in ward no. 2, Panchayat Ghar situated currently in ward no. 2, Phatak, Compost Pits, Place of Defecation, Brick Making Place, Place Reserved for Development Work and Public Ways going through currently from Ward No. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 reserved for the use of village Kohla, Tehsil Hanumangarh, District Hanumangarh as shown in the annex P/1 & P/2 of the present PIL Petition."

2. Having heard and considered the submissions advanced by counsel representing the petitioners and, having gone through the material available on record, we are of the firm view that the petitioners have available to them a suitable remedy for ventilating their grievances by virtue of th
