ORDER :
1. The petitioner, by way of filing the present writ petition has prayed for the following reliefs:
(i) The impugned APAR for the assessment year 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2023 (Annexure-3) may kindly be declared as illegal on the ground of non-compliance of guidelines issued by the respondent authorities.
(ii) The impugned APAR for the assessment year 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2023 (Annexure-3) may kindly be quashed and set aside.
(iii) The respondent authorities may kindly be directed to undertake fresh assessment proceedings for a preparation of APAR for the year 2022-2023.
(iv) The respondent authorities may kindly be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for the promotion on the post of General Manager (HR) after revising the APAR for the year 2022-2023......”
